The best way to prevent eczema outbreaks and be able to manage them is to tackle it at its roots. In your case, it’s the dust mites that’s triggering your eczema outbreak. Logically, you’d want to get rid of the dust mites.
To get rid of the dust mites, wash your bedding, pillow cases, pillows, and mattress every week in hot water. If you’re using feather, cotton, or down pillows, get rid of them and switch to pillows stuffed with synthetic fiber. They’re much easier to clean and dry. Vacuuming around your room frequently can also get rid of the dust mites.
Now as for your eczema. Since your rashes are around your lips, eyes, and inner arm, I suggest you use topical ointments containing weak steroids. Like hydrocortisone. In the long run however, you should get back to using homeopathy to treat your eczema. Or you can consider other natural options too.
